Full-Time Content Manager (Social Media + Editing Skills)

We are looking for a creative and highly organized Content Manager to join our team full-time in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle daily posting across social media platforms and assist in basic video editing and content preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Daily posting and scheduling of content on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
• Managing content calendars and maintaining consistent posting routines
• Creating engaging captions, selecting visuals, and optimizing content for each platform
• Assisting with video editing (Reels, short videos, YouTube content)
• Monitoring trends, analyzing performance, and suggesting content ideas
• Coordinating with the creative team to prepare and organize content

Requirements:

• Experience working with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills
• Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms
• Excellent English writing and communication skills
• Highly organized, responsible, proactive
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Schedule:

• Full-time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 6 days per week
