Full-Time Customer Service Manager

Hoover Fisher Florist is a family-owned, third-generation florist proudly serving Kensington and the surrounding Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area for over 70 years. We specialize in exceptional floral designs and outstanding customer service, and we’re looking for a motivated retail sales & customer service manager to join our team.

We’re seeking an experienced, energetic, and dependable Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our sales staff, and ensure a top-tier customer experience. This role is perfect for someone with retail management, sales leadership, or customer service experience who enjoys working in a creative, community-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and manage the sales team
• Train and coach employees for success
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer concerns promptly
• Plan and execute sales, promotions, and marketing activities
• Maintain relationships with key accounts and explore new opportunities

Qualifications

• Proven retail or sales management experience (floral or gift industry a plus)
