Full-Time Driver – Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (Monday–Friday, No Weekends)

Job Summary:

As an NEMT Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe, timely, and professional transportation for clients, including seniors and individuals with disabilities. You’ll ensure each passenger has a comfortable experience while maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport clients to and from medical appointments, facilities, and other approved destinations.
• Assist clients with entering and exiting the vehicle when needed, ensuring dignity and safety.
• Operate company vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
• Perform vehicle inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage, and client documentation as required.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and caregivers.
• Provide courteous, professional, and compassionate service at all times

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to assist clients with mobility limitations (training provided)
• Comfortable sitting, driving, and assisting passengers for extended periods.
