Position: Full-Time Educational Trainer

Location: Woodland Hills, CA (Local candidates preferred; no relocation assistance)

Salary: $75,000 + bonus eligibility

Overview

We are launching a first-of-its-kind Online Legal A.I. Academy and seeking a dynamic Educational Trainer to lead its development. This role will design, manage, and deliver online training programs that explore how Artificial Intelligence is transforming the legal sector.

The ideal candidate has a background in academia or training, a passion for emerging technologies, and the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging, practical learning experiences for legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Development: Design and manage the Academy’s curriculum, including courses, workshops, and training materials.
• Research & Content: Stay current on A.I. and legal tech; develop content that reflects the latest innovations.
• Instruction: Deliver interactive online training sessions, webinars, and workshops for legal professionals.
• Collaboration: Partner with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Evaluation: Track learner progress, collect feedback, and improve program outcomes.
• Community Engagement: Build an active learning community through discussions, Q&A sessions, and thought leadership.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in law, education, or instructional design preferred.

Experience:

• Academic, training, or instructional design background.
• Online content development (LMS, e-learning, webinars).

Skills:

• Strong research and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Preferred:
• Knowledge of legal practice or education.
• Experience with A.I., data analytics, or legal tech tools.
