Full-Time House Manager / Nanny
Location: Newton, MA
Compensation: $40 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM;
Guaranteed 40 hours per week
Position Overview:
A warm and welcoming family in Newton is seeking a full-time House Manager / Nanny to support their home and care for their 5-month-old baby. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong infant experience, comfortable working alongside family members in the home, and able to balance attentive childcare with household management. This is a long-term position for a proactive, organized, and collaborative professional.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive care for a 5-month-old infant, including feeding, naps, and developmental play
- Maintain daily routines, including walks, outdoor time, and age-appropriate outings (park, aquarium, etc.)
- Clean and sanitize baby bottles and supplies
- Handle baby laundry as well as general household laundry
- Perform light cleaning and tidying of the home, including maintaining common areas
- Support general household organization, including opening packages and keeping the house in order
- Work collaboratively with the mother and family members present in the home
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of infant care experience required
- Strong knowledge of infant development, routines, and milestones
- Team player with a collaborative and flexible attitude
- Comfortable working alongside family members in the home
- Strong house management and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license required (no regular driving needed)
- CPR/First Aid certification required
- Strong professional references
Household Details:
- Infant: 5 months old
- Grandfather visits frequently
- Pets: 1 dog and 2 cats
- Weekly cleaning service in place
Additional Details:
- No travel required
- Candidate must be comfortable in a collaborative, non-micromanaging environment
- Strong communication skills are essential
- Looking for French speaking
