Full Time Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including our three Airbnb homes (one home and 2 tiny homes) and other areas on the property as needed.

**We are a nonprofit animal rescue that hosts events and short-term stays on property to raise money for the animals. **

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently to ensure all rooms and common areas meet cleanliness standards.
• Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and well-presented.
• Conduct carpet cleaning and maintenance to uphold the quality of flooring in residential or commercial spaces.
• Assist with custodial duties, including waste disposal and restocking supplies in bathrooms and kitchens.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with housekeeping management to develop cleaning schedules and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing all cleaning tasks.
• Help with set up and tear down for events - exciting opportunity to interface with guests. We are also building an event space, so there is opportunity for growth!

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or residential cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to sanitize effectively across various surfaces.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
• Knowledge of safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment is beneficial.
