Altus Biologics has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Purchasing Specialist, who will play a key role in all daily operations needed within the department.
Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders for routine and non-routine supplies through online portals.
• Assist Materials Manager in maintaining accuracy in pricing.
• Track orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Enter all PO’s into the internal database within a timely manner.
• Reconcile Inventory as needed at a site level.
• Complete other department duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 to 2 years of clerical experience in an office setting or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year experience in purchasing/buying, procurement, inventory or equivalent experience
