Description

Enter all production invoices into SAP
Send quotes to vendors for spare part requests
Make decisions on whom to buy spare part from based on brand, lead time and pricing
Make PO in SAP based on item and supplier
Create MRO numbers
Manage MRO’s in SAP system
Work Open Order Report weekly
Follow up with all vendors on quotes that are provided and sent out
Stock checks on Raw Materials and Consumables
Placing PO’s for Raw Materials and Consumables
Entering invoices for raw materials in SAP
Meeting and working with vendors
