Full-time IMPACT Case Manager

Northeastern Mental Health Center is seeking a full-time case manager for our IMPACT program. Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field. Medication certification is required and training will be provided. The IMPACT team works with individuals in the office, community, and home settings while connecting with other resources. Some weekend/holiday hours required.
