Full-Time In-House Content Creator (On-Site) – Pennsauken, NJ

Auropan is a growing furniture component and decorative wall panel manufacturer based in New Jersey. We supply interior designers, contractors, builders, and retailers across the United States.

We are looking to hire a full-time, in-house Content Creator who will work directly from our Pennsauken office and warehouse creating professional photo and video content for our brand.

This is not a remote position.

We are seeking someone creative, organized, and business-minded who understands that content should drive brand growth and sales.

Responsibilities

• Create daily short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Produce longer-form video content for YouTube and website use
• Photograph products and installations
• Film inside office, warehouse, and job site environments
• Edit all content professionally
• Manage posting schedule across platforms
• Assist with content strategy and marketing campaigns
• Track content performance and suggest improvements
• Work closely with management and sales team

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, etc.)
• Photography experience
• Understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Strong organizational skills
• Must provide portfolio or examples of past work
• Must be able to work on-site in Pennsauken, NJ

Preferred:

• Experience in interior design, furniture, construction, or architectural industries
• Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop)
• Experience with paid social media ads
