Job Summary:
We are hiring Grounds Maintenance Technicians to support our year-round landscaping and property maintenance operations. This is a physically active role ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors in all seasons and take pride in delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mow, trim, and edge lawns using commercial equipment
• Perform landscape maintenance: planting, mulching, weeding, and pruning
• Use blowers and other tools for cleanup and debris removal
• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and machinery
• Maintain properties through all seasons, including leaf removal and snow/ice management
• Perform winter work such as snow shoveling, plowing, salting, and ice control
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned routes

Requirements:

• Experience with landscaping or grounds maintenance preferred; training provided for the right candidate
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and snow
• Comfortable operating snow removal equipment and working outdoors during winter months
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Must be 18+ years old
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Must pass a drug screening – Clark Logic is a drug-free workplace
