About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to build and manage a comprehensive lead generation system for a growing life insurance business. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on consistently sourcing high-quality leads and delivering them to the client. You will play a key role in creating a scalable, effective lead generation process from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize lead generation strategies tailored for the life insurance sector
• Leverage LinkedIn and other online marketing channels to identify, connect with, and qualify leads
• Maintain and enhance the lead generation pipeline to ensure a steady flow of prospects
• Forward qualified leads to the client for timely follow-up and conversion
• Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics for campaigns and lead quality
• Collaborate closely with the client to refine strategies and achieve growth objectives

Qualifications

• Proven experience in lead generation (life insurance or related industry experience is a plus)
• Strong understanding of online marketing, especially LinkedIn-based lead generation
• Ability to work independently and build a process from scratch
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through
• Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM tools and lead tracking systems
