Anderson Clinic Physical Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist to join our integrated, physician-aligned outpatient team in Annandale, VA.

What You’ll Do

As a Physical Therapist at Anderson Clinic PT, you will:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians to optimize patient outcomes
• Deliver hands-on manual therapy and evidence-based interventions
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and functional mobility training
• Design and educate patients on individualized home exercise programs
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently
• Ensure continuity of care through discharge planning and follow-up recommendations
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented clinic culture

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active, unencumbered Virginia Physical Therapy license
• New grads welcome! (Open to pending licensure and candidates sitting for boards within 6 months)
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset
• Passion for orthopedic and functional rehabilitation
