Full-time Live-in Nanny on Martha's Vineyard

A collaborative, welcoming, and supportive Martha’s Vineyard family is seeking a full-time, Live-in Nanny for their three children, ages 7 months, 6, and 9, starting July 6th. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm, with flexibility to provide extra hours, as needed. The Nanny will be primarily with the baby during the day and the older children after school. The family would love to find a nanny that can grow with them long term!

A great match for this role is patient, calm, enthusiastic, brings positive energy, active, easy going, enjoys working with big families, experienced caring for children of varying ages, and is looking forward to becoming an extension of the family. A Nanny who is excited to plan the week ahead and engage in activities and outings that support the unique interests of the children would thrive in this role! The Family lives on an island so strong swimming skills are a must.

Driving is part of this role.

The Family has two friendly dogs that are in the mix throughout the day.

Compensation: $30+/hour with guaranteed hours, paid vacations, paid holidays, and paid sick time. All pay on the books through payroll.
