Full-Time Live-Out Nanny Sands Point

✔️ Morning routine and school prep for all children
✔️ Driving children to and from school and activities
✔️ Full care for youngest child during the day
✔️ After-school care for older children
✔️ Engaging children in age-appropriate play, activities, and outings
✔️ Preparing meals/snacks for children and assisting with simple family meals
✔️ Light housekeeping: tidying shared spaces, toys, dishes, laundry, garbage, general upkeep

Requirements:

✔️ Prior full-time nanny experience with multiple young children
✔️ Must be able to drive (daily driving required)
✔️ Verifiable references
✔️ Up-to-date vaccinations (including TDAP and child-related vaccines)
✔️ Comfortable working in a home with a parent present
✔️ Comfortable with dogs
✔️ Warm, patient, and proactive personality
✔️ Strong awareness and ability to step in or step back as needed
✔️ Willing to help with light housekeeping and household flow

✔️ Warm, flexible, and proactive attitude — someone who goes with the flow and notices needs
✔️ Willing to contribute to the household beyond childcare, especially with light housekeeping and upkeep
✔️ Respectful of boundaries and able to work closely with a stay-at-home mom
✔️ COVID-conscious, careful, and respectful of health concerns
