Compensation: $50,000 – $80,000 per year (based on experience)

Position Overview

The Managing Broker will be responsible for guiding and supporting agents, overseeing compliance, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys leadership, training, and fostering agent success within a collaborative office environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership, mentorship, and compliance support for agents
• Review contracts, listings, and marketing for accuracy and adherence to law
• Ensure compliance with both the Missouri and Kansas Real Estate Commissions
• Conduct training sessions and office meetings to develop agent skills
• Collaborate with ownership and staff to optimize office systems and performance

Qualifications

• Active Missouri Real Estate Broker License (required)
• Active Kansas Real Estate Broker License (required)
• Minimum 3 years of residential real estate experience
• Strong knowledge of contracts, compliance, and license law
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
