Full-TIme Nanny

Overview
A warm, busy family in Pompano Beach is seeking a reliable, experienced nanny to support their growing household. The role begins with short-term support with twin 8 year olds during the arrival of a new baby, followed by a transition into a full-time, long-term position focused primarily on infant care. Applicants should have prior experience with both infants and children and possess a genuine love for caregiving and be comfortable with parents working from home. Looking for a professional, proactive, and trustworthy presence.

Schedule

Short-term: A few hours per day during delivery/hospital stay (late May/early June)

Schedule will pause for most of July, then pick-up again at the end of the summer.

Transition to long-term: Monday–Friday, full-time daytime hours starting late July

Duties

• Attentive, nurturing care for a newborn
• Support with school-aged children as needed
• Maintain a calm, structured environment
• Light child-related tidying and organization

Skills

• Proven experience in childcare, babysitting, nannying, or daycare settings
• Knowledge of infant care, toddler care, and preschool education methods
• First aid/CPR is required
• Strong communication skills
• Compassionate attitude with patience and flexibility
• Ability to demonstrate reliability and trustworthiness
