Full Time Nanny

Start Date: ASAP
Location: Stamford, CT
Compensation: $30/hour
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM; Thursday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 50 hours per week

A warm and structured family is seeking a full-time, long-term nanny to care for their three children, ages 4, 6, and 9. The ideal candidate is highly organized, calm, and dependable, with a genuine passion for child development and a collaborative approach to working with parents. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who values consistency, routine, and becoming an integral part of a supportive household.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, engaging care for three school-aged children

• Maintain structured daily routines, including school preparation and transitions

• Support age-appropriate development through play, activities, and guidance
  Implement consistent boundaries and discipline in a calm and patient manner

• Handle light housekeeping related to the children, including tidying, laundry, and organization

• Safely transport children as needed using the family vehicle

Requirements:

• Previous nanny or childcare experience with multiple children

• Highly organized with a proactive, systems-oriented mindset

• Calm, patient, and confident in managing behavior and setting boundaries

• Experience with or understanding of special needs is strongly preferred

• Strong swimmer

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Comfortable driving a large vehicle

• Valid driver’s license

• Must be able to provide 3-5 professional references
