Overview

Full-Time Nanny (Long-Term) | Tampa, FL | Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–6:00 PM

We are seeking a dedicated, nurturing, and experienced Full-Time Nanny to support a warm and active family with three young daughters (infant, toddler, and preschooler). The ideal candidate is confident managing multiple children across developmental stages, creating structured routines, and fostering a safe, engaging, and loving environment.

The children are active, curious, and thrive with consistent care, age-appropriate learning, and hands-on play. The ideal nanny will be proactive, organized, and excited to grow with the family long-term.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care for an infant, toddler, and preschooler
• Support daily routines including naps, meals, hygiene, and transitions
• Plan engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
• Prepare simple, healthy meals and snacks for children
• Maintain light childcare-related housekeeping (play areas, bottles, laundry, toys)
• Support developmental milestones and positive behavior guidance
• Ensure a safe, structured, and nurturing environment at all times
• Communicate daily updates with parents

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
Long-term commitment required with occasional flexibility based on family needs

Qualifications

• Experience caring for multiple children in a private home
• Strong understanding of infant, toddler, and preschool development
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills
• Warm, patient, and reliable personality
