About the Role

A warm and thoughtful Bronxville family is seeking a long-term, full-time nanny to support their growing household — one toddler and one infant. The role will initially focus primarily on the family's active toddler, with the parents gradually transitioning the caregiver into supporting both children over time. The family values warmth, professionalism, emotional intelligence, and highly engaged childcare centered around development, play, outings, classes, and meaningful interaction.

The parents are seeking a collaborative partnership with a nanny who can work comfortably alongside a stay-at-home parent while maintaining professionalism, strong communication, and excellent judgment. They'd love someone calm, nurturing, proactive, organized, and genuinely passionate about child development — someone who becomes a trusted long-term presence within the home and grows naturally alongside the family's evolving needs.

What You Will Do

• Provide active, developmentally-focused care for a toddler, transitioning into support for both children over time
• Lead outings, classes, playgrounds, and engaging daily routines
• Manage children's organization — snacks, laundry, and inventory tracking
• Communicate thoughtfully and collaboratively with a stay-at-home parent
• Stay highly present and attentive, with minimal personal phone use during work hours
• Be comfortable around household pets

Schedule and Compensation

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, approx. 9:00am–5:00pm
• $30–35/hour, based on experience

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of professional childcare experience
• Experience with both infants and toddlers
• Strong, verifiable references
• Legal U.S. work authorization
• Valid driver's license required
• Willing to complete background check
• Comfortable around pets
