You will spend your days caring for both children, sometimes alongside Mom and other times independently, while confidently managing routines, transitions, and the needs of two young children close in age. When parents are available, you will work together. When they step out, you will take full charge, ensuring both children are safe, engaged, and well cared for.

They also take pride in supporting the household by keeping spaces tidy, anticipating needs, and stepping in where needed. Preferred Qualifications:

Strong experience with infants and toddlers
Ability to confidently manage two young children simultaneously
Background in Early Childhood Education (a plus, not required)
Warm, calm, and proactive personality

Responsibilities

Full care for two young children
Maintaining safety, awareness, and engagement at all times
Supporting age-appropriate developmental activities
Assisting with daily routines (morning through evening wind-down)
Preparing meals for children and family (and light household meal prep if needed)
Children’s laundry and light housekeeping
General household organization (tidying, making beds, etc.)
Occasional errands and grocery shopping
Assisting with household tasks while parents are present
Providing full-charge care when parents are out of the home or unavailable

Schedule

The only shared area is the laundry space.
Room and board, along with all utilities, are fully included. A vehicle will also be provided for both professional and personal use, on and off the clock, with gas and mileage fully covered.
