Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week (8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM)

Pay: $42–$44/hour + occasional overtime

Two friendly families in Ballard are seeking an experienced, nurturing nanny for a nanny share caring for two infants. Care will begin with one baby and expand to two in early August when the second child joins the share.

Children:

• Baby #1: 4.5 months old
• Baby #2: Currently 6 weeks old and will join the share in early August

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for infants
• Follow feeding and sleep routines (breast milk and bottles)
• Engage babies in tummy time, reading, and age-appropriate activities
• Take babies on walks and spend time outdoors
• Prepare simple meals when solids are introduced
• Light baby-related tidying (bottles, toys, etc.)

Household Notes:

• Parents may work from home at times
• Friendly pets in the homes (no pet care required)
• Housekeeper handles deep cleaning
• No driving required

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced with infants and nanny shares (preferred)
• Calm, proactive, and dependable
• Enjoys engaging babies and supporting development
• Russian speaker is a plus, but not required

This is a warm, respectful environment looking for a professional nanny who enjoys building a strong relationship with the families while providing excellent care for their children.
