Child Care Provider

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong understanding of childhood development. This role involves creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children of various age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. The Childcare Provider will play a crucial role in fostering the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of each child in their care.

Duties

• Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
• Develop and implement daily schedules that include educational activities, playtime, meals, and rest periods.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning.
• Provide individualized attention to children with special needs or developmental challenges.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a supportive team atmosphere.
