Full-Time Nanny / Household Manager (Princeton, NJ)

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Weekend: One day (Saturday or Sunday), 5 flexible hours

Location: Princeton, NJ

Children: 6-year-old, 3-year-old, and newborn (all girls)

Compensation & Benefits:

• $30–$35/hour (guaranteed 40 hours/week)
• Paid through HomePay (on the books)
• 10 days PTO, 5 sick days
• Paid holidays off TBD

Start Date: May 2026

Commitment: Multiple Years, Long-term, “grow with the family” role.

Overview

Warm, professional family in downtown Princeton is seeking an experienced, high-energy nanny for their three daughters. Care is typically shared—rarely responsible for all three children at once. The home is well-supported with a morning nanny (3+ years) and biweekly housekeeping.

This role will naturally evolve into a nanny/house manager hybrid as the children transition into school and daycare (infant starting October).

Responsibilities

• Afternoon/evening childcare and supervision
• School pick-ups and transportation (family vehicle provided)
• Preparing and serving dinner
• Children’s laundry and tidying common areas/bedrooms.
• Light household support (no deep cleaning)
• Engaging children in play, outings, and routines

Future (starting October):

• Increased household management (e.g., grocery shopping, errands, rotating books/toys)

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of childcare experience (including infants)
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• CPR & First Aid certified
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Comfortable with background check
• Non-smoker, discreet, and professional
