Full-Time Nanny for One Child in Ann Arbor (JL 146)

Start Date: May 18th - family will be local as of May 1st

Description: A new-to-Ann Arbor family is seeking a full-time, long-term nanny for their 2-year-old daughter, starting mid-May. They are looking for a warm, engaging, and experienced caregiver who truly enjoys the toddler stage and is excited to grow with their family as they plan to add more children to their family in the future. This is a structured, schedule-oriented home, so they would love someone who is reliable, organized, and confident following a consistent daily routine while still being fun, interactive, and active out in the community with their child. The ideal nanny is social, proactive, and aligned with a firm but kind, boundaries-based parenting style.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Location: Ann Arbor, MI

Requirements:

• 3+ years nanny experience
• Vaccinated
• Non smoker
• CPR certified
• Dog friendly
• Social, proactive, and hands on
• Experience with toddlers and infants
• Reliable vehicle and clean driving record

Duties:

• General daily childcare task
• Potty training assistance
• Child’s meal prep and cleanup
• Planning educational activities, crafts, and outings
• Organizing play dates, outings, and weekly classes for child and nanny to attend
• Child’s laundry
• Maintaining organized spaces related to the child in the home

Pay: $24-26/hour, guaranteed 45 hours per week, PTO, sick leave, mileage reimbursement

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
