Full-Time Live In Nanny Positions Available – Long-Term Opportunities

We are working with several professional, warm and respectful families seeking experienced full-time nannies for long-term positions. These households value consistency, communication, and a structured, engaging environment for their children.

Opportunities are consistently available across: Bergen County and Middlesex County, NJ; NYC including Tribeca and the Upper East Side; Westchester (Scarsdale and Armonk); Greenwich, CT; and Long Island, NY, including Great Neck, Roslyn, and Stony Brook.

About the Role

Positions typically involve caring for children ranging from infant to school-age, depending on the family.

For these roles, you will be caring for a child at home throughout the day, typically ranging from newborn to 2 years old, with older siblings who attend school and return in the afternoon. Some roles combine a House Manager role with a Nanny role, to create a hybrid position.

Parents are busy professionals who deeply value their children’s care and development, and are seeking someone who takes pride in their work and will become a dedicated, caring presence in their home.

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing attentive, safety-focused care
• Engaging children in age-appropriate, stimulating activities
• Supporting daily routines (meals, naps, school schedules)
• Maintaining children’s areas clean and organized
• Housekeeping (no deep cleaning) while children are napping or under parental supervision (excluding break times)
• Driving to and from school, activities, and outings (for select roles)

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5+ years of childcare experience (depending on role)
• Experience with infants and/or multiple children is a plus
• Warm, engaging, and reliable personality
• Strong references
• Ability to communicate in English (basic conversational to native)
• Driving is preferred for many roles, but not required for all

Compensation & Benefits:

• $25–$45/hour depending on experience and responsibilities
