Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., 40 hours a week starting July 24th. They are open to having a nanny start sooner working 30 to 35 hours a week ASAP, 3 to 4 days a week. The family is happy to guarantee 40 hours per week starting in July.
Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out.
Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year

Their parenting style leans more toward gentle parenting and Montessori-inspired principles, with an emphasis on following the children’s cues, encouraging independence over time, and creating a calm, nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
A day in the life...
Standard Duties:
All standard nanny duties, including washing bottles and breast pump parts, babies' laundry, light housekeeping, picking up after the twins, unloading and loading the dishwasher, and planning sensory and educational activities.
Travel Requirements:
No travel is required for this position.
Desired Skills And Abilities
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…
3+ years of experience with infants as a nanny.
Must have previous experience and strong referances caring for twins or two children under the age of two at once.
Previous experience supporting multiple children simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of infant development, tummy time, sleep routines, and age-appropriate educational engagement
Tech-savvy and comfortable using communication apps, tracking schedules, updates, and developmental milestones
Second language is a plus but not required
Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Nursing, or a related field is preferred but not required
The ideal nanny will be warm, proactive, communicative, and highly experienced with infants and/or twins. The family would love someone confident sharing helpful ideas, developmental guidance, and professional insight while also being open to feedback and maintaining strong two-way communication. They are seeking a nanny who is verbally articulate, organized, developmentally focused, and passionate about creating engaging, nurturing care each day.
Compensation And Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):
The family is offering $30-$36+/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $62,000 - $78,000 per year (gross).
Benefits and Perks Offered:
This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job OR a vehicle to drive on the job.
Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, TDaP.
