Full-Time Nanny Needed in Preston Hollow

This is a unique opportunity for a candidate who approaches childcare as both an art and a discipline—someone who brings presence, purpose, and a deep understanding of early childhood development into each day.
The family places a strong emphasis on Montessori principles and is seeking a professional with a background in education who can thoughtfully design and lead the children’s daily experiences. You will be entrusted with:

• Curating a developmentally rich, age-appropriate curriculum (2 & 4 years)
• Establishing a consistent, mindful rhythm to each day
• Designing hands-on learning experiences, including sensory exploration and simple experiments
• Encouraging independence, creativity, and intrinsic curiosity
• Engaging the children in imaginative, open-ended play

This role is ideal for someone who is both intentional and intuitive—able to balance structure with flexibility while fostering a sense of wonder.

The family maintains a low-tox, wellness-focused household, free from synthetic fragrances and harsh chemicals, creating a serene and health-conscious space. The mother enjoys preparing fresh, nourishing meals for the children, allowing you to remain fully focused on their development and daily engagement.

Both parents are at home, but maintain professional commitments outside the home, along with an active schedule. The Nanny will have the autonomy to confidently lead the children’s daily routines and educational experiences. The parents are warm and very calm, appreciative of the skills the Nanny can provide.

The Ideal Candidate

• Montessori training or a strong background in early childhood education
• A refined, self-directed professional who takes initiative naturally
• Excellent communication skills
• Experienced in caring for multiple children
• Energetic, polished, and highly adaptable
• Confident guiding children through infant to school-age developmental stages
• Travel is a plus but not mandatory
