They are committed to consistent routines and a collaborative relationship with their nanny.

Position Overview

This is a full-time, live-out nanny role caring for three children across a range of ages and developmental stages. The ideal candidate will confidently manage the different needs of each child while maintaining structure and warmth throughout the day. The nanny will work as a collaborative partner with the parents, respecting the family's parenting approach and contributing to a peaceful, well-functioning home.

Key Responsibilities

Childcare & Daily Routines

• Manage daily routines and general care for three children across different developmental stages
• Support nap schedules, feeding, and mealtimes for all three children, including the 6-month-old infant
• Maintain calm, predictable structure throughout the day to minimize overstimulation
• Prioritize a healthy and safe environment including healthy snacks, limited screen time, and teaching safe behaviors
• Engage children in age-appropriate play, crafts, and creative activities that reinforce every day learning
• Plan and lead the daily schedule independently, including indoor and outdoor activities
• Encourage outdoor exploration — yard play, nature walks, stream visits, and local trails

Transportation & Logistics

• Provide school pick-up and drop-off at nearby preschool in the family vehicle as needed
• Organize and coordinate age-appropriate outings to local library, cafe and parks

Light Household Duties

• Child-related housekeeping (tidying play areas, cleaning up after meals, straightening common spaces used by children)
• Children's laundry (washing, folding, putting away, sorting out clothes that are too small, etc.)
• Meal and snack preparation for the children

Qualifications & Requirements

Qualities We're Looking For

• Steady, patient energy — able to handle the natural ups and downs of young children without becoming overwhelmed
• Warm and engaging, with the ability to set gentle, consistent boundaries
• Comfortable encouraging independent play while remaining present and interactive
• Proactive planner who can design simple activities, crafts, and outings with minimal direction
• Loves being outdoors — hiking trails, exploring streams, and yard time are a daily norm
• Punctual and highly reliable with a professional, communicative approach
• Respectful of the family's parenting philosophy and works as a true collaborative partner
• Calm, organized, and able to manage a multi-child household smoothly
• Minimum of three (3) years of paid, professional childcare experience required
• Experience working with multiple children across different age groups strongly preferred
• Comfortable and confident with infant care, including feeding and nap routines
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• Current CPR and First Aid certification required
• Must be willing to submit to a comprehensive background check
• Must be willing to submit to a ten-panel drug test
• Genuine enjoyment of outdoor activities and nature-based play

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $26–$30/hr depending on experience and qualifications

Overtime: Legal time-and-a-half for all overtime hours

Employment Type: Paid legally, on the books
