Full-Time Nanny with BCBA Certification or Equivalent Qualifications Needed – Woodside, CA

A high-profile family in Woodside, CA is seeking a dedicated and loving nanny to join their household and provide exceptional care for their children. They are looking for someone who can become an integral part of their family.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone experienced in childcare, ideally with a BCBA certification or similar qualifications, who values discretion and confidentiality while working with high-profile clients.

Key Requirements:

Flexibility for travel and overnights

BCBA certified or similar qualifications

Proactive and has leadership skills

Responsibilities

Focus on providing exceptional childcare

Prepare meals and snacks for the children

Maintain & clean the children’s play/work areas organized, make and change their bed linens.

Partner closely with the mother to support the children

Good team player who works well with other nannies and housekeepers.

Help with the children's laundry

Assist with behavior plans and implementing recommended strategies as part of the child’s care

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of paid/professional experience nannying school-age children

With BCBA Certification or with similar qualifications

Previous experience working with high-profile families is preferred

CPR & First Aid certification or willingness to obtain prior to starting the job

Can provide at least 3 verifiable references

Must pass a background & driver's record check

Provide proof of immunizations (negative TB test, Recent Flu Vaccine, and the latest COVID vaccination with boosters)

Nurturing and warm.

Organized and detail-oriented.

Good communication skills.

Positive attitude and strong reading and writing abilities

Intuitive and proactive; able to support the family’s needs effectively
