Full-Time Newborn Nanny

A Family based in Aventura, FL is seeking a highly experienced, professional, and nurturing newborn nanny to begin in June 2026. This is a long-term opportunity for a nanny who is excited to grow with the family and provide exceptional, developmentally focused care. The nanny must have a valid passport and be travel-ready!

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Rate: $30.00–$35.00 per hour

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Training Period: 3-month introductory period

Following successful completion of the 3-month training period, the nanny will receive:

• Health insurance

• 5 Personal Days (PTO)

• 4 Sick Days

• 2 Weeks Paid Vacation (PTO)

• 5 Major Federal Holidays (Paid)

Schedule:

• Tuesday–Saturday or Monday–Friday (flexible hours)

• Two consecutive days off per week

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care for a newborn

• Establish and manage the baby’s daily routine

• Support cognitive stimulation and early childhood development

• Implement Montessori-based approaches and techniques

• Monitor and track developmental milestones

• Travel with the family domestically and internationally

• Maintain professionalism at all times

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of professional nanny experience, including newborn care

• Strong background in cognitive stimulation and infant development

• Montessori training preferred

• Spanish speaking mandatory

• Professional references required

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Must have a valid passport and be able to travel internationally

• Must be at least 18 years of age
