Office Assistant - Job Description

An Office Assistant handles basic administrative and support tasks to keep the office running smoothly.

Daily Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and greet visitors
• Handle emails, filing, and document organization
• Prepare invoices, quotations, and basic reports
• Data entry (Excel, company systems)
• Photocopying, scanning, and printing documents
• Support accountants or managers with paperwork
• Manage office supplies (stationery, etc.)
• Coordinate deliveries and courier services
