We are a expanding Legal Copy Service looking for a dedicated Office Assitant/ Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. This is a FULL TIME IN OFFICE position located in Van Nuys, CA., offering the opportunity to work with a supportive, professional, and fast-paced team in the legal and medical records industry.
Job description:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Sorting, copying, faxing filing, mailings;
- Assisting in opening, processing, distributing mail;
- Scanning, copying, faxing; creating cd's;
- Assist with in coming and out going calls as needed;
- Helping sort documents for Petitions;
- Will assist in all departments as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Basic computer skills
- Able to work well with Others and meet deadlines
- Legal experiience desired but not required.
- Work well under pressure
- Strong verbal communication skills including active listening.
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Able to work independently and in group settling.
Education: High school or equivalent
