We are a expanding Legal Copy Service looking for a dedicated Office Assitant/ Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. This is a FULL TIME IN OFFICE position located in Van Nuys, CA., offering the opportunity to work with a supportive, professional, and fast-paced team in the legal and medical records industry.
Job description:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Sorting, copying, faxing filing, mailings;
  • Assisting in opening, processing, distributing mail;
  • Scanning, copying, faxing; creating cd's;
  • Assist with in coming and out going calls as needed;
  • Helping sort documents for Petitions;
  • Will assist in all departments as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Basic computer skills
  • Able to work well with Others and meet deadlines
  • Legal experiience desired but not required.
  • Work well under pressure
  • Strong verbal communication skills including active listening.
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Able to work independently and in group settling.
Education: High school or equivalent
