Full Time or Part Time Physical Therapist

Horizon Rehabilitation Centers is seeking a full or part-time physical therapist for the following opportunity:

• Treat a variety of patients in an outpatient setting
• Transition patient into a medical fitness post recovery program
• Work alongside therapists with decades of experience in orthopedic and neurological rehab
• Explore the culture and building blocks of a successful private practice
• Potential clinic ownership pathway
