Job Title: Full-Time / Part-Time Sales Associate – Power & Light

Love people? Love wellness? Join SWTHZ, Kansas City’s newest and hottest wellness studio opening in the Power & Light District. We combine infrared saunas and cold plunges to deliver the ultimate reset. We're looking for outgoing, motivated team members who are passionate about helping others feel their best while growing their career.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests and provide tours of our luxury wellness suites
• Educate clients on memberships and services, helping them get started
• Build strong relationships and deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Achieve personal and team sales goals (with training and ongoing support)
• Maintain a clean, polished, and welcoming studio environment

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicating with others
• Availability for mornings and evenings (some weekends required)
• Sales or customer service experience preferred but we’ll train the right person
• Ability to work 17–20 hours/week (Part-Time) or 30–35 hours/week (Full-Time)
