St. Joseph Villa is proud to provide comprehensive, high-quality care to the Salt Lake Valley through both our outpatient therapy services and our skilled nursing facility. Supported by a team of over 40 therapists, we deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to an average of 175 residents and patients around the clock.

Our facility includes two short-term rehabilitation units, five long-term care units, and a specialized trach/vent unit, allowing us to meet a wide range of clinical needs in one cohesive setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing setting
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license (Required)
• Ability to walk extensively throughout a large facility and perform moderate lifting and physical tasks
• Strong teamwork, communication, and patient care skills
• All applicants must pass a background check and employment verification check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36.00 - $42.00 per hour
