FULL TIME Pre K Associate Teacher - Summer ONLY

This position is for SUMMER only.

Assist in implementing an on-going educational program that contributes to the care, growth and development of the children in an assigned classroom(s).

• BS in Education or has 5+ years experience with PK children.
• Ability to meet a rigorous standard of quality and demonstration of knowledge in and the ability to assist a teacher in instructing reading, writing, and mathematics. This rigorous standard of quality includes a demonstration of competence in basic literacy skills, the ability to speak and write standard English, and the ability to provide instruction of pre-kindergarten students in the acquisition of the knowledge, skills and abilities described in the Early Learning Standards

Criminal history and child abuse clearances, physical, TB and drug test.
