Full-Time Property Consultant (Commission-Based Only)

We are a growing real estate company in Dubai, looking for experienced and highly motivated Property Consultants to join our dynamic team.

This is a commission-based role, ideal for individuals who are passionate about real estate, results-driven, and ready to earn based on performance. If you know the Dubai property market and have a strong sales background, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and convert them into property sales or rentals
• Conduct property viewings and advise clients based on their needs
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and property values
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Keep records of client activity, follow-ups, and property updates
• Work closely with management to achieve monthly targets
• Update task sheets with your work schedule and assignments regularly

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Dubai real estate (mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, etc.) are a plus
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and professional
• Familiarity with RERA regulations and Dubai real estate laws
• Must be based in Dubai and available for in-person meetings and viewings
• UAE Driving License is preferred, but not mandatory
