Full Time Receptionist - Audi Grapevine

Overview

Audi Grapevine is part of fast growing Group 1 Automotive , a leader in automotive retail and we are looking to add a FULL TIME RECEPTIONIST to our team. Group 1 is a Fortune 250 company that offers a team environment, great benefits and ongoing training and support for its associates.

This is a full time role with a Monday–Saturday schedule, Saturdays are required, Sunday + additional mid week day off. Pay range is $16-18 hr.

• Saturday is mandatory
• Sunday + one mid‑week day off
• Compensation: Competitive base +$16–$18/hr

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls according to company policy and proper telephone etiquette.
• Direct telephone call to the appropriate parties as necessary.
• Additional administrative responsibilities.
• Operate an internet based phone system.
• Handle multiple lines.
  
  

Qualifications

• Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and in a manner consistent with a luxury brand experience
• Proven ability to deliver high‑quality customer service that aligns with Audi’s premium standards
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
