FULL TIME RECEPTIONIST/OFFICE HELP

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Full-Time Receptionist/Office Help to join our team! This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with general office support, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, and personable, ready to handle multiple tasks with enthusiasm. You will serve as the first point of contact for callers, schedule appointments, create invoices and manage administrative duties. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in a vibrant office setting while providing exceptional support to our team and clients.

Duties

  • Answering calls
  • Manage front desk activities including scheduling appointments and handling voicemails and emails
  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies
  • Support office management by organizing files, managing calendars, and assisting with bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions promptly and courteously
  • Assist with administrative support tasks such as preparing correspondence, managing email communications, and supporting personal assistant duties when needed

Skills

  • Proven experience in front desk operations and office management roles
  • Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems and customer support calls
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks a plus but not required, we are happy to train!
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks quickly while maintaining attention to detail
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience combined with strong interpersonal skills enhances success in this role
