We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe deliveries. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to navigate efficiently through assigned routes. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and upholding the company’s reputation for quality service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks and vans, to transport goods to designated locations.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
• Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling and securing of items during transit.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery confirmations and any issues encountered.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety compliance.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety practices is essential.
• Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
• Proven experience in route driving or courier services is advantageous.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks related to moving products.
