Full-Time Scheduler – Senior Helpers
Schedule: Full-Time (with occasional on-call support)

We are seeking a highly organized and solutions-driven Scheduler to join our team. This role is critical to our success—ensuring the right caregiver is matched with the right client, every time.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and maintain caregiver schedules to ensure all client shifts are staffed appropriately
• Match caregivers to clients based on skill set, personality, and care needs
• Handle call-offs, schedule changes, and last-minute coverage with urgency and professionalism
• Communicate consistently with caregivers, clients, and internal team members
• Monitor overtime, travel time, and overall scheduling efficiency
• Collaborate with Client Services and Care Team Managers to ensure quality care delivery
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in scheduling and CRM systems

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in scheduling, home care, healthcare, or a similar field preferred
• Ability to think quickly, stay calm under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities
• A team player who is reliable, detail-oriented, and accountable
• Passion for supporting both caregivers and clients
