Qualification Requirements
- Experience preferred but not required
- 21+ years of age
- First Aid/CPR preferred

Ability to pass Criminal History background check and Drug Screening
- Leading classroom activities and achieving specific child development outcomes.
- Maintaining Board of Health and State Licensing regulation for proper care, safety and program delivery for the children in your care.
- Modeling appropriate behavior and implementing positive discipline techniques when interacting with the children. Corporal punishment and/or harsh, humiliating treatment are prohibited.
- Keeping current records for assessment of each child's development.
- Maintaining proper documentation of attendance, medicines, injuries, etc.
- Planning and implementing daily/weekly activities and plan that follow developmentally appropriate guidelines for a particular age group. These plans should be turned in to the office in a timely manner and in advance.
- Greeting parents and children each day and helping with transitions whenever needed.
- Keeping communication and relations with parents positive and professional.
- Completing 30 hours of in-service training each year.
- Maintaining a professional persona always assisting with center, community, and professional relations.
- Information pertaining to children and/or families shall be kept confidential.
