Located at: Florida & Gaylord
Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Thursday typically 7:30am to 5:00pm. Fridays usually end earlier around 4/4:30, though flexibility is required. The can guarantee 45, however they must be able to flex up to 50 hours on occasion.
Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out
Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year - ideally someone who can grow with the family for years to come.

This toddler is bright, expressive, and advanced in both her language and motor skills. She is a very cerebral toddler who thrives with warm, empathetic caregivers.

Mom and Dad both work demanding jobs from home in private office spaces.
They both travel often for work.
About the Pets:
This family has one sweet golden retriever - all candidates must be pet friendly.
Additional Notes:
The parents value development but are not focused on rigid milestone timelines. They want someone who respects her individual pace and brings patience and understanding to her growth.
Key Responsibilities
A day in the life...
Standard Duties:
All standard nanny duties including bottle washing, child meal prep, loading/unloading the dishwasher, child laundry, washing family sheets and towels, vacuuming the child’s room and play areas, and maintaining tidy, organized child-related spaces.
Planning engaging outings and developmentally appropriate activities is a key component of this role.
Travel Requirements:
No travel is required for this position.
Desired Skills And Abilities
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…
4+ years of nanny experience with toddlers and or infants.
Comfortable working in a home where both parents work remotely but maintain clear boundaries.
Reliable, dependable, and punctual are non-negotiable.
Strong background in planning developmentally appropriate activities
Proactive, creative, and confident, taking initiative with outings and enrichment
The ideal candidate is active, engaging, and hands-on with the child.
Compensation And Benefits
Let’s talk dollars and cents…
Rate of Pay (gross):
The family is offering $28-$30/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $69,100 - $74,000 per year (gross).
Benefits and Perks Offered:
This family is offering all standard benefits, including 10 days of paid time off, paid holidays, 6 paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.
Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 5+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu and Tdap.
