We are a growing digital media and marketing team creating engaging travel, lifestyle, and brand-based video content for YouTube, Instagram, and other social platforms.
We’re looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor who can turn raw footage into visually compelling and emotionally engaging stories.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and produce engaging vlog, YouTube, and short-form videos (Reels/Shorts).
Arrange and synchronize video, music, sound effects, and voiceovers.
Apply color correction, transitions, filters, and creative effects.
Bring ideas to life through storytelling, pacing, and visual rhythm.
Edit content optimized for social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook).
Manage and organize video files and project timelines efficiently.
Collaborate with the creative and production team to achieve the final output.
Meet deadlines while maintaining consistent quality.

Required Skills:

✅ Video Editing Software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve
✅ Motion Graphics & Effects: After Effects (basic knowledge preferred)
✅ Sound Editing: Audio synchronization, noise reduction, and background music
✅ Color Grading: Using LUTs and manual correction
✅ Storytelling: Strong understanding of flow, timing, and emotional engagement
✅ Graphic Design: Thumbnail and title card creation (Photoshop/Canva)
✅ YouTube Optimization: Understanding of aspect ratios, pacing, and platform trends
✅ Attention to Detail: Visual consistency, transitions, and audio levels
✅ Creativity: Ability to adapt editing style based on theme and audience
✅ Communication: Strong collaboration with the filming and content team

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (Diploma in Video Editing, Film, or Media preferred)
• 1+ year of professional editing experience (YouTube or vlog work preferred)

Salary Range:

₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month (based on skill and experience)
