Responsibilities:
- Greet walk-in customers and callers warmly, ensuring a professional experience for both pets and pet parents.
- Assist with appointment scheduling through Calendly.
- Capture and update customer and pet details accurately using Zoho and VetBuddy.
- Provide clear explanations and personalized guidance on services and products, focusing on genuine care and suitability rather than hard-selling.
- Make outbound calls for appointments, sales, wellness follow-ups, and customer engagement.
- Connect customers to the appropriate specialists (Vet, Groomer, Café, Retail) for seamless service delivery.
- Support retail by recommending suitable products and assisting with transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across retail and grooming areas as per operational SOPs.
- Conduct daily inventory checks, flag replenishment needs, and assist with stock maintenance.
- Complete end-of-day reports covering bookings, sales, follow-ups, and operational updates.
- Uphold PawsnCollars’ values and represent the brand with warmth, responsibility, and professionalism in every interaction.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in pet care, veterinary assistance, shelter work, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Strong love for animals and ease with handling dogs and cats of all temperament
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and/or Kannada/Hindi
- Physically fit and able to manage active work
- Minimum 1-year commitment required
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
