Join Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Full-Time Crisis Case Manager with our CY-FAST (Children, Youth & Family Assessment Stabilization Team) in Provo, Utah, earning $21.15–$29.58/hour. In this meaningful, fast-paced role, you'll support youth facing mental health crises by connecting them with essential resources, providing stabilization support, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that includes therapists, peer support specialists, respite workers, and care team assistants. CY-FAST offers a range of services such as mobile outreach, respite care, group therapy, and coordination of Medicaid hospitalizations, all grounded in our mission to promote mental, emotional, and physical wellness through compassionate, comprehensive care for youth and their families.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (hours can vary based on program's needs)
Compensation: $21.15–$29.58 DOE and Licensure
