• Team Spirit: Weekly interdisciplinary meetings to review patient care and learn through educational sessions.

What We Offer

• Flexible Scheduling: PRN, Part-Time, Full-Time available
• Autonomy: You control your patient scheduling and communication.
• Reasonable Productivity: Full-time RNs complete 5 units/day (1 unit = revisit, 2 units = admission). We’ve reduced requirements to prevent burnout.

Minimum Requirements for Clinical Nurse-NCL track:

• Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited school of nursing
• 15+ months of relevant professional nursing experience
• Pennsylvania (or New Jersey) RN licensure
• BLS/CPR as a healthcare provider, as per the American Heart Association
• Have a car, valid driver’s license, and car insurance

OR
Minimum Requirements for Clinical Nurse 2 track:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing
• 15+ months of relevant professional nursing experience
• Pennsylvania (or New Jersey) RN licensure
• BLS/CPR as a healthcare provider, as per the American Heart Association
• Have a car, valid driver’s license, and car insurance
