Fullstack Developer - MERN

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, cloud deployment, and modern development practices.

You’ll be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and a smooth user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Ensure responsiveness, scalability, and performance of applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.
• Manage version control using Git/GitHub and participate in agile sprints.
• Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+).
• Experience with Node.js and Express.js for back-end development.
• Knowledge of MongoDB and database design.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and authentication (JWT, OAuth).
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Vercel, Netlify, etc.).
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, and deployment workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
