FullStack Developers ( Java, ReactJs)

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in Java (backend) and React.js (frontend) , along with working exposure to AI/ML frameworks . The role requires proficiency in building scalable applications, cloud-native deployments, and integrating AI/ML models into production-ready solutions.

What You’ll Do

This position is ideal for a driven engineer passionate about developing robust fullstack applications, integrating AI capabilities, and contributing to innovative business solutions.

Fullstack Development & AI Integration

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Build responsive, high-performance, and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js, Redux/Context API.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to integrate AI/ML models into production applications.
• Work with AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, HuggingFace, Vertex AI) to enhance application capabilities.
• Deploy and manage applications in Docker / Kubernetes environments.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for faster and more reliable delivery.
• Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for scalable deployments.
  
  

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Partner with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure code quality through unit and integration testing (JUnit, Mockito, etc.).
• Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to security best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in AI/ML, Generative AI, and cloud-native solutions.
• Document system designs, processes, and best practices for team knowledge sharing.
  
  

What You Know

• Backend: Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices.
• Frontend: Hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Databases: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• AI/ML Exposure:
• Understanding of ML concepts, pipelines, and model integration.
• Experience with AI APIs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, Vertex AI) is a plus.
• DevOps & Cloud: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Architecture: Familiarity with event-driven systems, Kafka, or messaging queues.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working on Generative AI-based applications (e.g., chatbots, copilots, recommendation engines).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
